In Perak Community Specialist Hospital, we have a designated Patient Relations Officer who serves as the primary contact to receive complaints from patients or patients’ representatives regarding the facilities or services of the hospital. All grievance against the hospital’s facility or service may be submitted by any patient orally or in writing to her at any time.
