PCSH Welfare Fund
Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH) is a not-for-profit, community hospital that has cared for the Perak community for more than 120 years. Staying true to our mission of making quality healthcare affordable, the PCSH Welfare Fund supports underprivileged patients through medical subsidies for those who are eligible.
Who can apply?
- Malaysian citizens only
- Individuals or households classified under the B40 or M40 income group, with a total household income below RM9,000.00.
- Only applicable to patients receiving care at PCSH
How to apply?
- Contact our Welfare Officer at 016-523 9000 for further assistance.
- The Welfare Officer will explain the eligibility criteria first and application documents
- Will only be given to those who qualify.
- Complete the application form and prepare the required documents, Welfare Officer will verify your information.
- Welfare applications will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Once your application is approved, you will be scheduled for admission.
