At Perak Community Specialist Hospital, we have taken the initiative to designate patient relations officers who serve as the point of contact to receive and address any issues or complaints from patients or their representatives. All grievances regarding our hospital’s facilities and service can be submitted in oral or written form at any time for comprehensive investigation.
