We believe that with proper diet and nutrition consultations are useful in disease prevention and management. Nutrition & Dietetics Department plays an important role to provide medical nutrition therapy to all diet-related diseases. These services are suitable for all patients regardless of age and gender.
At Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH), our qualified Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapies through dietary consultation to manage both inpatients and outpatients with various health conditions to meet their nutritional and clinical needs.
Let us help you to do a comprehensive assessment now. We welcome all referrals from hospital consultants, general practitioners as well as patient self-referral. Referrals should be accompanied by a letter with all relevant medical history, current treatment, test results and medications if any. Early appointments are encouraged.
